Registration fees vary depending on your attendance profile and the registration date.

Invited Speakers and members of the Local Organising Committee will not pay any registration fees. They will receive a personal discount code to enter on the form, which will reduce the registration fees.

For all participants, the Colloquium Dinner is included in the registration fees, as is the social activity. For organisational purposes, we still ask you to confirm whether or not you will be attending the Colloquium Dinner and social activity in this form.

Accompanying persons have access to the conference dinner and the excursion, they are however not allowed to submit contributions.

If you would like to receive an invitation letter and/or a proof of payment, please select the appropriate box on the registration form, and our team will process your request.

Travels supports grants

Travels supports grants application is now closed!

All questions or requests related to these travel grants must be sent to the general address.

Travels supports grants were available under certain conditions. For more information, please contact the organising team using the general event address available in the contact box below. The grant applicants were invited to read the IAU grant regulations.

Payment details

Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received (except for VIP guests) and a payment confirmation email has been sent.

Two payment methods are available. You can pay by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only) or by Bancontact (Belgian Debit Card). Your registration will be confirmed only after payment is completed and you have received the email payment confirmation. You can only pay with bancontact method, if you have a Belgian bank account.  If not, you must choose option : "Carte".
